Rectifi is a new kind of search engine. Not only do we allow you to search the web for the answers you need, to compare prices to get the best deal, or to search ebay to scour the globe's attics, but we donate 100% of our profits from advertising these services to you to charity.
Rectifi is the successor to GiveAsYouGet, a shopping site originally set up in December 2002 by Jonny Platt (now 23 and a student of Development Studies at Sussex University). For various reasons it was decided we needed a new face to match the new features, and Rectifi was born on the 12th July 2005. (for the full story click here)
We intend to not just offer you a new way of helping those less fortunate by redirecting advertising cash to various charities and NGOs, but to explain how through simple steps at home you can make a massive difference to the environment and the lives of others.
