Drupal ShopWindow Module Launched

I've finally got around to tidying up my code and making it ready for public consumption, and am proud to announce the release of my Shopwindow module for Drupal, making it a very quick and simple process to set up niche shopping sites using AffiliateWindow's data and Drupal's flexibility.

I've already used the Shopwindow module to make a few niche shopping sites while developing the module - such as Caffiene Nation, Kitchen Whizz, and Tasty Breadmakers, modules that essentially emulate the functionality of AW's client software. More recently I've integrated the system more closely with Drupal's content management functionality, meaning you can create product 'nodes' - which could be a review, article or description - and categorise and sort products as you would any other content on your site.

This gives you the power to be far more focused in the products you sell, leading to major benefits in terms of SEO and usability for your users. On this site itself I have used it to build 'price comparison' nodes for major electrical products, which are sorted by popularity (tho they could be by price, saving, donation or top review) and on each product page 'related products' are automatically suggested. Creating a product takes just seconds.

I'd love to get feedback from the affiliate community on how it can be improved - please use the issue queue on the drupal project page so it's easy to track. I've listed a few thoughts and points for improvement in the readme file too.

You can download the latest release here and read the documentation here.

The module also gives the option of donating some of your clickthroughs to rectifi to raise more money for charity, or providing us with a backlink as thanks for the work, but this is optional.
